A cracked supply line at 2am, a water heater that quit on a Sunday, a slab leak that's been climbing your water bill for weeks — whatever brought you here, our Brittany-based crews are already staged and ready to roll.
Behind Street Wise - Plumbing is a crew of journeyman and master plumbers who've worked on everything from century-old cast iron to brand-new PEX systems. We're insured for the job, licensed in LA, and we stand behind every repair with a written warranty.
Our dispatchers know the neighborhoods of Brittany well enough to tell you roughly what's driving a call before the truck even arrives — older sections tend toward galvanized pipe issues, newer builds toward fixture and appliance connections.
Our trucks are stocked before they leave the yard each morning, not after a customer calls — common valves, wax rings, supply lines, and fittings ride along so a Brittany technician isn't making a parts-store run mid-repair.
These are the patterns our Brittany dispatchers hear about most right before a job turns into an emergency call.
When water's actively coming out somewhere it shouldn't, minutes matter more than money. Our on-call technicians in Brittany are dispatched with the parts and equipment to handle burst pipes, failed water heaters, and overflowing fixtures on the first trip.
Faucet replacements, garbage disposal swaps, toilet installs, and whole-house re-pipes — our residential division works on the full range of what a Brittany home needs, not just the easy jobs.
We work around your business hours where possible, not the other way around. Commercial clients across Brittany, LA rely on us for scheduled maintenance, backflow prevention compliance, and rapid response when a fixture goes down mid-shift.
Slow drains, recurring clogs, and sewer backups get diagnosed with real equipment — camera inspection and hydro-jetting — not guesswork. We'll show you exactly what's happening in the line before recommending a repair.
Whether it's a pilot light that won't stay lit or a full tank-to-tankless conversion, our technicians are certified on both gas and electric systems common in Brittany, LA homes.
Rather than opening walls on a hunch, our technicians run listening equipment across the suspected line first, marking the leak within a foot or two before any cutting begins.
We replace failing shutoff valves and supply lines as part of fixture work rather than reconnecting new fixtures to old, brittle hardware that's likely to fail next.
A live dispatcher takes your call, gets a read on the urgency, and starts routing the nearest available technician.
We route the closest qualified technician in Brittany, and you'll get a realistic arrival window instead of a vague "sometime today."
Before a wrench touches anything, you'll get a written, upfront price for the repair — no surprise line items after the fact.
The repair is completed, the work area is cleaned up, and you're handed a written warranty on both parts and labor.
We quote the job, not the hour, so a repair that takes longer than expected doesn't cost you more.
Our routing keeps trucks distributed across Brittany, LA so we can usually get to you same-day.
Every technician we send is licensed in LA and covered by full liability insurance — ask to see credentials on arrival.
Our workmanship warranty means the fix is expected to hold — and if it doesn't, that's on us to correct, not you.
